Swallow Globe Agar-Agar Powder is pure seaweed processed into powder under the most hygienic conditions. It is ideal to make jellies, desserts, and is also a wonderful thirst quencher on hot days.

Serving method: 1. Dissolve one packet of "Swallow Globe" agar-agar powder in 1 litre of water
2. Add 250g of sugar, stir and bring to boil over low heat
3. Pour into moulds and allow to cool
